1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using YouTube Growth Studio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Connected platform accounts

Some features let you connect a YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook account you own to retrieve analytics and enable ownership-restricted features (such as downloading your own uploaded content, once that feature is available). You represent that any account or channel you connect belongs to you or that you otherwise have authorization to connect and analyze it.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe) until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, including restrictions on downloading or analyzing content you do not have the right to access.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service itself (software, design, and content we author). You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as video URLs, notes, or generated drafts), and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service, which we do not control. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make that affect the Service's functionality.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any analysis, score, or generated suggestion is accurate, complete, or will produce any particular result for your content or channel.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouTube Growth Studio and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
