1. Our position on content ownership

YouTube Growth Studio does not host, store, or stream third-party video content. Analysis features read publicly available metadata from YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook. Download features are restricted to a channel or account the user has connected and verified as their own — see our Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Reporting a copyright concern

If you believe content associated with an account on this Service infringes your copyright, or that a user has used this Service to download or redistribute your content without authorization, please send a notice to legal@example.com with the subject line "Copyright report", including:

• Your name and contact information, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
• The specific URL, account, or content on this Service you're reporting.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. What happens next

We review reports and may remove or restrict the reported content or account, and may notify the affected user of the report. We may also suspend accounts found to be repeat infringers.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed or restricted in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your contact information, identification of the content and its prior location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
