Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, and protect your information.

Last updated: September 13, 2026

This is a template Privacy Policy provided as a starting point for YouTube Growth Studio. It describes the data this application is built to collect as of the date above. It is not legal advice, and does not by itself guarantee compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or any other privacy law that may apply to you. Have a qualified lawyer review and adapt this page before relying on it for a live product.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you register.
  • Connected platform data — if you connect a YouTube, TikTok, or Facebook account, we store the channel identifiers and public statistics needed to power analysis features.
  • Usage data — which tools you run, the inputs you provide to them, and the reports/results generated, so you can view your own history.
  • Billing data — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payments are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers; we never receive or store your full card number.
  • Technical data — IP address, user agent, and timestamps, used for security (rate limiting, audit logs) and basic aggregate analytics (e.g. visits to public pages).

2. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the tools you use.
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To send account-related email (verification, password reset, billing receipts, and service notifications).
  • To detect abuse and enforce rate limits or account status (suspension) where necessary.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the product (for example, Stripe for payments, and an email delivery provider for transactional email), and only to the extent needed for them to perform that service.

4. Data retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

6. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies required for you to stay signed in (a session cookie) and, on public pages, a first-party anonymous identifier used only to measure aggregate traffic. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Children's privacy

This service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

9. Contact
