YouTube Growth Studio is built to help creators analyze and grow their own channels and content across YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook — things like performance analytics, SEO and keyword research, smart, template-based title/description/hashtag generation, and (once available) downloading your own uploaded videos for your own backup or repurposing.

2. Downloading and ownership

• Download features are restricted to content from a channel or account you have connected and verified as your own. This restriction is enforced by the product and is not optional.
• You may not use, or attempt to use, this Service to download, scrape, or redistribute video content that belongs to someone else, or that you do not otherwise have clear legal rights to download, regardless of whether that content is publicly viewable.
• You may not attempt to circumvent, disable, or work around the ownership/verification checks that gate download or analysis features.

3. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Access or attempt to access accounts, channels, or data that don't belong to you.
• Automate, scrape, or bulk-extract data from the Service outside of the features and rate limits we provide.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' access to it (including attempts to bypass rate limiting or abuse free-tier limits via multiple accounts).
• Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, malware, or deceptive content.
• Resell or white-label the Service without our permission.

4. Generated content

Titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, hooks, and content-plan suggestions produced by this Service are generated to assist you, not guaranteed to be accurate, original, or suitable for every purpose. You're responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it, including checking it doesn't infringe any third party's rights.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, and may report unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
